PFIC’s three and half year major refurbishment programme completed in December 2009 and the Rydon team left site.

New CCTV has now been installed and is in operation as requested by the residents and the London Borough of Camden.

We have continued to work at the Chalcots through our repairs service who are available to residents 24 hours a day. We hold regular meetings reviewing our level of service,  including any issues raised by residents, representatives and councillors to ensure our service is continuously improving.

In addition we carry out regular Health and Safety checks throughout the blocks and either attend to these or report them as required. However, if you do encounter any issues of Health and Safety please do not hesitate to contact us on the repairs number provided.

Rydon Construction Limited are the principal Contractors and will provide the management of the three and a half years refurbishment phase of the Contract and undertake works to the external and common areas of the blocks

United House Limited will carry out the internal refurbishment of the homes including kitchen and bathroom replacement, new electrical rewire and heating installations in tenants homes

United House Maintenance will carry out repairs and maintenance to the heating systems

Bank of Scotland Corporate is providing the funding for the project

United House Solutions is providing technical, professional and administrative support to Partners, and is also providing the funding for the project.

Rydon Property Maintenance will carry out the day to day repairs service
